1. Managing the acquisition of assets, supplies, and services for the Commission’s use;
  2. Managing logistics services such as booking of accommodation, transportation, air travel and so forth;
  3. Managing mobile assets and the Commission’s inventory such as purchasing, registration, storage, maintenance, inspection, disposal, and loss;
  4. Managing the storeroom and stocks’ supplies for programs and activities;
  5. Managing the delivery and receipt of letters / documents / packages / fax for external and internal circulation;
  6. Managing the file system via recording, control, movement and security of files and file’s room and;
  7. To ensure the office is clean and safe.
