1. Coordinate the preparation of the Commission’s budget under the Prime Minister Office and present it in a timely manner;
  2. Manage bill payments, advances, salaries, travel claims and other allowances for Divisions within the period stipulated;
  3. Provide reconciliation, register of bills and the monthly Financial Department Report;
  4. Managing responses to Audit Department’s questions;
  5. To provide a preparation of financial and accounting information;
  6. Administering and managing the electronic accounting system;
  7. To ensure that internal controls for accounting matters exist and are complete and;
  8. To be part of the Secretariat of the Procurement Committee and Quotation Committee.
