1. Designing and formulating dynamic human resources strategic plans in order to achieve the Commission’s objectives and goals;
  2. Implementing and controlling strategic plans for human resources in line with the changing environment in order to achieve the objectives and goals of the organization and human resource development;
  3. To study, review and strengthen the human resources strategy and program organization in order to realize the role and responsibilities of the organization in a changing and complex environment;
  4. To ensure recruitment, development, distribution and expertise mobilization of human resources at all levels is implemented optimally to achieve the objectives and goals of the organization;
  5. Creating structures, systems and organizational climate that is productive and innovative to achieve the objectives and goals of the organization;
  6. Provide technical or general training to improve the skills and knowledge of employees and;
  7. Plan and provide good facilities for the welfare of the employees.
